If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
Should you wish to return your item, the following conditions must be adhered to:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you receive the parcel;
- The Products isn’t used or damaged;
- The Product is in Coral Beauty original tags and packaging;
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping Charges
We will not be offering free UK returns.
Any unwanted orders placed will need to be posted back to us at your own expense for a full refund.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Coral Beauty.
Please retain your receipt of return for proof. Our standard returns policy still applies.
Please hold onto your proof of postage receipt until you have received your refund/exchange just in case we need to see this in the future. We cannot issue a refund or exchange where a postage receipt cannot be presented to us on request. Please note, we do not offer exchanges to customers outside of the UK.
Any returns made after the 14th day will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, any items returned to us outside 14 days without prior agreement may be returned to you at an additional cost.
Coral Beauty reserve the right to decline a refund or exchange where the above steps have not been taken.
